Michael Parkan has led CTO 24/7 from its founding in 2001 to six consecutive years of revenue growth, 22 consecutive quarters of cash-flow positive performance and a series of successful acquisitions and new service offerings. His market vision, leadership, entrepreneurial philosophy and commitment to ethical business practices has enabled CTO 24/7 to consistently grow – during a period when many other technology companies have stumbled – and to achieve remarkable levels of customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Michael initially started CTO 24/7 with the goal of creating a business and technology alignment organization that would use a combination of local and remote technical talent to create solutions for clients looking for ways to use technology to drive business results around the clock. Later he expanded the company service offerings to include additional Business Process Fulfillment services specializing in document management, coding and data entry. Most recently he expanded the company service offerings again to provide a full range of strategic Technical Staffing services, backed by the knowledge and expertise to bring the right people to the table.

Ben McCullough, Partner
Ben McCullough has been with CTO 24/7 since 2001 and has over 10 years of experience in information systems planning, management, development, and integration. Ben is an experienced technology executive who has built a proven track record of successfully delivering technology-based solutions to a wide range of clients in a variety of industries. He is effective leader and innovator, who blends an approachable personal style with a hands-on technical expertise that has been invaluable in managing and building the Technology Department at CTO 24/7.
