Engage internal clients on software solutions for projects such as Asset Optimization studies, Risk Based Inspection (RBI), mechanical integrity program implementation, inspection program development, and facility or equipment condition assessment. Willingness to work independently with multiple projects and report on project milestones is required.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document requirements for new projects
- Produce designs based on the analysis
- Deliver high-quality software that meets or exceeds specified requirements
- Thoroughly test code and overall application
- Collaborate with Beta Test Teams to aid them in thorough testing
- Function as project lead on tasks if required
- Continue to enhance technical skills and product knowledge
Qualifications:
- 6 + years applicable experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong aptitude for learning new processes and techniques
- Proficiency in ASP.net, CSS, C#/VB, HTML, Visual Studio 2005/08/10, AJAX, Framework 2.0 – 4.0, MS Excel
- Solid working experience in both WinForm and WebForm applications.
- Solid understanding of SQL Server 2005/2008, Access VBA, IIS, JavaScript, MS Visio, XML, W3C Standards, n-tier Architecture, Distributed Applications, OOP, Design Skills, Agile Development Process)
- Experience in Stored Procedures, SQL Views, Functions, Triggers, Telerik Web/Win Controls, MS Project, Adobe Design Tools, Project Management
- Understanding of Silverlight, LINQ, Web Services, SharePoint Services, AutoCAD API, WCF, WPF
The following are not required but would be beneficial:
- Risk-based inspection (RBI) experience
- Experience with inspection software systems such as PCMS®, UltraPIPE®, or Meridium®
